1. What payment terms you accept, and usually do?
We usually accept and do T/T payment, 30% deposit in advance, and the balabce against the copy of BL.
2. Will you pack the goods with assembly instruction? Because we don’t know how to assemble them.
Yes, we put the assembly instuction into the package. If you still don’t know how to assemble, you may contact us.
3. What’s your MOQ, and do the price related the quantity?
Our MOQ for table is 1pcs, MOQ for chair is 1carton(as appropriate). The price is different follow different quantity.But total order quantity should reaches one container.
4. If we want sample, how much do we need to pay?
For sample, we usually charge retail price, and the transport fee should be pay by buyer. But don’t worry, we will return the price for sample when buyer place formal order.
5. If we just want a trial order, not a full container, how to ship them, and what’s the price?
If a order not a full container, then goods need to be shipped LCL. If you don’t know how to deal, we can quote you CIF price, and ship the goods to the designated port. You can pick up goods at the designated port.
6. How many items can be mixed into one container?
For trial order, exceptions can be given; for the repeat orders, 6 items are allowed into.
7. What is your delivery time?
About 15-30 days after receiving the deposit, exact date base on your purchase quantity.
